Payment of roses is required before they are delivered.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Direct Credit and Cheques. Your credit card will be processed in the week before delivery, no money is taken out of your credit card by our website.
Orders will go on to the computer as we receive them. Invoices will be sent out in March/April for orders received up to this time, and then weekly as we receive your orders. Where possible we would like to send our invoices out by email.
ALL PRICES INCLUDE Freight, Packing and GST but there is a small order surcharge of $6.00 on less than 4 plants ordered. Standard stems cannot be sent in the same box as bush & climbers so a seperate small order surcharge will apply if less than 4 standards are ordered.
A rural delivery surcharge of $2.50 per box applies on all R.D. deliveries.
We do not ship to outside of New Zealand.
All bareroot mail orders are despatched by courier from late May until the end of August.
We send orders out on a Monday of the week they are due to go to insure everyone receives them before the weekend. All orders will be as bareroot roses. Bagged roses are available if asked for but there will be a $3.00 bagging charge per plant and a freight charge as they will weigh more.

If plants fail to grow within 3 months of planting due to no fault of the customer we will replace the plant as soon as we are able.
OUT OF STOCK roses will not be available again until the following year.
