This section of the Web Site will help guide you through the process of how to order roses .
Please follow the simple steps below to complete your orders.
Step one : Either browse catalogue or search feature to find items.
Step two : Select the category of roses from the list
Step three: Once you have found the rose you wish to order, please click the "Buy" link. This will take you to the shopping cart. If you wish to add further varieties click the "Continue Shopping" link. For more than one of a particular variety enter the number required in the quantity box and click "update". This will update the dollar totals changed. If you want to remove an item click the remove button.
Step four: Once you have finished selecting the roses choose a shipping destination and click on "Checkout" link where you can enter your details. All purchases include GST to give the customer the overall cost of their rose purchases. If you have changed your mind about your current order or if you have made a wrong item selection, click the "Make changes" link and change the number of item(s).
Step five: Once you have decided that your rose order is correct and that you have completely finished shopping, you need to enter your details into the boxes in the Complete Order page. This information is important to ensure we get you complete details so we can send you the order.
Step six: Once you have entered all the required information please click on the "Submit Order" button located at the bottom of the page.
Step seven: If you chose "Mastercard/Visa" payment method you will be forwarded to our secure collection page where your credit card will be collected.
After we have received your order we will contact you with expected delivery time. Note that your credit card will not be credited or payment is not required until the order is ready for despatch.
